Moser Woods Featured Live Virtual Performer This Saturday

Fort Wayne, Ind. (Jan. 26, 2021) – The Embassy Theatre’s next live virtual performance is this Saturday, January 30. Moser Woods is the featured performer at 7 p.m., bringing viewers a 45-minute show from the Embassy stage.

The Embassy is providing the Saturday performances through Feb. 20 as a way to combat the winter blues and bring the magnificent local music scene direct to patrons’ homes. Also, this gives bands an opportunity to perform during a time when live events have been greatly limited and to ask for donations for their creative endeavors. The Embassy is also offering video footage to each band for use in future promotion and marketing efforts.

Moser Woods is a four piece progressive instrumental rock band from Fort Wayne. For the past 17 years, Lance Hoeppner (keys), Shaun Bryan (guitar) and Rick Kinney (drums/percussion/samples) have been the creative force behind this innovative and highly regarded music group. The band has been a staple act on the Midwest music festival scene and has performed with acts including Umphrey’s McGee, Lotus, Buckethead, Rusted Root and many more. With the addition of bass guitarist Jake Vachon in 2014, Moser Woods has risen to a new level of energy and musical sophistication. Before the pandemic, the band was bringing their unique sound and explosive show to thousands of people each year, helping them create a large and loyal regional fan base. Listeners can find the band on Spotify, iTunes and Amazon.

Those who can’t make the live event will have a video on demand option starting Feb. 3. This same video on demand option will be available on the Wednesday following all performances.

As a way to enhance the viewing experience, the Embassy has created a 2021 Snack Pack to have on hand while watching virtual events. Patrons can pick up a snack pack at the Embassy on the day of the show between 4 and 6:30 p.m. at the concessions area in the theater lobby. The pack features two small buttery popcorns, two bottles of water, one bag of caramel corn and choice of two candies for just $21. No pre-order necessary. Thorough COVID-19 protocols are in place.
