Founded in 1984, the Festival of Trees is the Embassy Theatre Foundation’s largest annual fundraising event, supporting ongoing operational and restoration efforts.
The Festival of Trees is a beloved holiday tradition that transforms the lobbies of the Embassy Theatre and the former Indiana Hotel into a magical display of uniquely decorated trees. Guests are invited to explore the space and enjoy the sights, sounds, and spirit of the holiday season, along with festive stage entertainment and visits with Santa.
Event Highlights:
- Visits with Santa (Santa does take an occasional break)
- Festive stage entertainment: Grande Page pipe organ, youth choirs, dance performances and more
- Vote for your favorite tree
- Holiday window displays along Harrison Street
DAYS & HOURS
- Wednesday, November 25: 3–9 p.m.
- Thursday, November 26: 3–7 p.m.
- Screening of Elf at 4 p.m.
- Friday, November 27–Monday, November 30: 11 a.m.–8 p.m.
- Tuesday, December 1 (Senior Day): 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
- Wednesday, December 2: 9 a.m.–1 p.m.

🎄 Christmas in July Special
Save on your Festival of Trees visit! Adult general admission tickets are only $10 through July 31. After July 31, adult admission will be $12.
- Adults: $12
- Youth (Ages 1-12): $5
- Infants (Under 1): Free, please stop by the STAR Bank box office for this free ticket
- Seniors 65+ (only available on Tue., Dec. 1): $8


Breakfast with Santa!
November 27 & 28
Kick off the holiday season with this beloved event, featuring an opportunity to walk through the Festival of Trees before Breakfast with Santa. Enjoy a hot and delicious breakfast buffet the whole family will love, along with visits with Santa, festive Christmas carols, holiday activities for kids, and a special performance from Fort Wayne Youtheatre.

Celebrate the Season with a Bright Star donation!

By making a Bright Star gift, you’re helping sustain this beloved community tradition. Your donation supports the Embassy’s year-round operations, historic preservation, and arts education programs across Northeast Indiana.
Many choose to honor or remember a loved one with their gift. Each donor will be recognized with a festive star or ornament displayed in the Indiana Hotel Lobby throughout the Festival.
To be included in the display, please make your gift by October 23, 2026.
