You can purchase online at ticketmaster.comfwembassytheatre.org or in person at the STAR bank box office. When you come to the Embassy Theatre box office, you do eliminate some convenience fees that are charged online. Embassy members can order tickets over the phone free of charge by calling our box office directly at 260.424.5665.

Please note that ticket purchases made on other websites – or from third-parties – may not grant you admission to the show. The Embassy only guarantees tickets purchased through our box office or Ticketmaster.

If you are an Embassy member and would like to purchase tickets during the presale (before the general public), you may access your membership account here. Please note that you may have to create an account if you haven’t already done so.

The Embassy’s STAR bank box office is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and two hours prior to each performance. 

The Embassy observes the following holidays and as such our box office will be closed: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

If you are coming to our box office to buy tickets, there is a pull-off drive in front of our building on Jefferson Boulevard where you can park for up to 15 minutes.

For evenings after 5 p.m. and weekend shows, you can park for free at any downtown metered parking space. Paid parking is available at the Civic Center Parking Garage on Jefferson Boulevard and Calhoun Street or at the Harrison Square parking garage on Harrison Street. Downtown Parking Map

Embassy members get the opportunity to purchase presale tickets before the general public for most shows held at our venue. Find out more about becoming an Embassy member.

The following items are prohibited:

  • Outside food and beverages
  • Weapons of any kind including guns, knives, pepper spray, etc.
  • Illegal substances of any kind
  • Professional cameras or recording equipment

The list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management. Each event has the right to set its own policy for items not allowed into the venue. Patrons will be notified via email for any additional items not allowed.

The Embassy reserves the right to inspect all bags/personal items upon entry to the facility. The Embassy will not confiscate or hold any restricted item; patrons must take them off Embassy property (such as returning to their vehicle) or place the items in trash receptacles.

The venue doors will open an hour before the scheduled show time (for most shows) allowing access to our lobby. However, the theater doors may not open until 30 minutes before the scheduled show time.

The policies regarding photography and videography may vary for each artist or performer. The Embassy will make its best effort to outline the photo or video policy in our show day email sent to attendees 24-48 hours before the event.

Please note that professional cameras and lenses are prohibited within our premises. Our ushers and staff will kindly request that such items be taken back to vehicles. Additionally, audio or video recording is typically not permitted at any event.

Yes, the Embassy offers concessions and bars during most shows. You can enjoy freshly popped popcorn and prepackaged candy.

Wheelchair seating is situated at the rear of sections B and C. Kindly ask for wheelchair seating when buying tickets. Access to the mezzanine and balcony is only accessible via stairs.

The Embassy offers two wheelchairs to help patrons move to and from their seats. If you need assistance with a wheelchair to enter the building, kindly inform an usher or staff member.

Assistive listening devices are available upon request. To request an interpreter contact us at 260.424.6287 at least three (3) business days in advance of the performance.

Yes, patrons of any age may request a sensory-friendly kit, provided by the AWS Foundation. Notify an usher or staff member if you would like to use a kit.

Tickets are required for all patrons regardless of age except for the Embassy’s Festival of Trees. Children under 1 attending the Festival of Trees are free but still require a free ticket for admittance which can be obtained from the STAR bank box office.

The Embassy Theatre has two hotels connected to the building via sky bridges. All ticket sales are considered final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided. If you are unable to attend an event at the Embassy, some shows will allow you to transfer your ticket to others. In the case of canceled shows, refunds can be obtained at the original point of purchase.

Smoking and vaping is not allowed in any part of the Embassy Theatre. Patrons may smoke outside and, per local ordinance, stand at least 20 feet from the entrance. Patrons must present their ticket for re-entry.
