The Embassy Theatre’s historic event space is something you won’t find anywhere else in the area. With multiple rental spaces including the unique multi-tier ballroom overlooking the city skyline, the Embassy has it all for you! Host your wedding, reception, luncheon, cocktail party or meeting at Fort Wayne’s most celebrated landmark.
Yergens Rogers Foundation Ballroom
The ballroom offers a two-tier viewing experience, a central staircase, two bars, a catering kitchen and the Parkview Health Rooftop. Guests will access the venue through the charming Indiana Hotel Lobby, an ideal spot for hosting a cocktail hour. They can enjoy stunning downtown views from both levels of the ballroom and the Parkview Health Rooftop.

Robert Goldstine Theater Lobby
The domed theater lobby serves as an impressive venue for your special event. The Grand Staircase provides an ideal setting for a wedding ceremony, and the second-floor overlook offers a stunning view of the lobby’s grandeur. This space includes 2 bars, a catering area, and convenient access to the street level.

Yergens Rogers Indiana Hotel Lobby
This elegant two-tiered area is ideal for smaller gatherings, boasting Italian tile floors and timeless chandeliers. Complete with a private bar, catering area, and a mezzanine level overlook. This space is available for separate rental or is included with the Yergens Rogers Foundation Ballroom.

Madge Rothschild Mezzanine Lounge at the Embassy
This area is ideal for small ceremonies, cocktail receptions, and intimate dinner gatherings, complete with its own bar. Situated on the second floor of the Embassy, the Mezzanine Lounge offers a charming setting. This space will comfortably accommodate 40 to 70 people.

The Embassy does not provide catering directly. We work with a select group of approved catering partners, giving you a variety of options for your event.

No. You are welcome to choose your own vendors, including your DJ, cake vendor, photographer, and other event professionals.
The Embassy provides and coordinates all bar service, including bartenders and security. Bar service is billed separately from the venue rental and includes a 20% service fee.
If the venue is available the day before your event, complimentary setup access is available from 1:00–4:00 p.m. for receptions and other special events.
If you are also hosting a ceremony, setup and rehearsal access is available from 1:00–5:00 p.m. to allow time for a rehearsal at 4:00 or 4:30 p.m.
On the day of your event, complimentary access begins at 10:00 a.m.
You don’t have to manage everything on your own! A dedicated Events Manager will help coordinate your event, including vendor arrivals, setup, and load-out.
For ceremonies held on-site, your Events Manager will also facilitate and coordinate the rehearsal and ceremony. Our event staff will be available throughout your event to provide additional support.
For evening (after 5 p.m.) and weekend performances, free parking is available at all downtown metered parking spaces. Paid parking is available at the Civic Center Parking Garage located off of Jefferson Boulevard and Calhoun Street or the Harrison Square parking garage located off Harrison Street.
