Breakfast with Santa and Sensory-Friendly Events at the 41st Annual Festival of Trees

Fort Wayne, Ind. (Nov.18, 2025) – The Embassy Theatre is excited to host the Festival of Trees from November 26 through December 3. This year the Festival celebrates 41 years of holiday splendor as one of the region’s most anticipated traditions. Ambassador Enterprises is the event’s title sponsor.

While the festival will include over 60 beautifully themed and decorated trees, holiday windows, visits with Santa, a Thanksgiving day movie and hourly stage programming as usual, the organization would like to highlight Breakfast with Santa and our sensory-friendly events.

There are still tickets available for Breakfast with Santa on Friday, November 28 (Saturday’s Breakfast with Santa is sold out).

Breakfast with Santa

Friday, November 28 | 8:30–approx. 10:30 a.m.

Cost: $35 per person (Tickets can be purchased at the STAR Bank box office or online HERE.)

Celebrate the season at this annual holiday event, starting with a Breakfast guests only tour of the Festival of Trees at 8:30 a.m., followed by Breakfast with Santa around 9 a.m. A hot and delicious breakfast buffet will be served, sure to delight the whole family. Guests will also enjoy an abridged and charming performance of A Christmas Story presented by the Fort Wayne Youtheatre. This is a magical experience for everyone. Seating is very limited. This beloved event sells out every year!

This year, the Embassy has added two sensory-friendly options for families in our community. Here are details for both.

Festival of Trees – sensory-friendly hours

Sunday, November 30 | 9–11 a.m.

Cost: $12 adults; $5 youth 1-12 years; infants are free (claim free ticket at the box office)

Experience the magic of the season in a sensory-friendly setting. During this special sensory-friendly time, guests can enjoy the Festival with reduced lighting, easier movement and no stage programming. The limited capacity ensures quieter surroundings for a more relaxed experience.

A very limited number of sensory kits will be available to borrow, and visitors are encouraged to bring their own sunglasses for light sensitivity and other needed supports. Please note that these hours are reserved for guests with sensory needs and their families or for those who struggle with crowds. To reserve your spot during this special timeframe, call 260.247.3701 or email ticketing@fwembassytheatre.org. This allows the organization to keep attendance capped for our patrons.

Sensory-Friendly Breakfast with Santa

Start your holiday morning with a sensory-friendly experience! The morning will start with the Festival of Trees tour at 8:30 a.m., designed for fewer people and easy movement. At 9 a.m. a hot and delicious breakfast buffet will be served, sure to delight the whole family. Guests will also enjoy an abridged and charming performance of A Christmas Story presented by the Fort Wayne Youtheatre

Sensory-friendly activities, including coloring and fidget tools, will be provided to ensure all guests can enjoy the morningA very limited number of sensory-friendly kits are available to borrow from the Embassy, and guests are encouraged to bring their own sunglasses for light sensitivity and other needed supports. For those who’d like a quiet moment, a calming zone will be available away from the dining area. This event is also ideal for families who simply desire smaller crowdsThis is a memorable holiday experience for all, and seating is very limited!
