BROADWAY AT THE EMBASSY ANNOUNCES THE 2025 - 2026 SEASON

Fort Wayne, IN (May 12, 2025) – The Embassy Theatre and Nederlander National Markets are thrilled to announce the 2025/2026 Broadway at the Embassy season sponsored by Shambaugh & Son, L.P. This marks our biggest season yet with seven incredible titles, direct from Broadway! Renewing and new subscribers can purchase their season packages starting today, May 12, 2025. This season includes four Fort Wayne premieres, three Tony Award-winning Best Musicals, and several titles perfect for the entire family. The season kicks off with the return of one of the most popular musicals in Broadway history, the nine-time Tony Award-winning Best Musical, THE BOOK OF MORMON. The season continues with the Fort Wayne premiere of MRS. DOUBTFIRE, based on the 1993 hit movie starring Robin Williams and Sally Field. Kicking off 2026 is KINKY BOOTS, the 2013 Tony Award-winning Best Musical with music & lyrics by pop icon, Cyndi Lauper. Next on the schedule is CLUE LIVE ON STAGE, a stage play based on the hit movie and Hasbro board game of the same name. The juice is loose and headed to Fort Wayne in the premiere of BEETLEJUICE, a musical comedy based on the classic Tim Burton movie of the same name. There may be trouble in River City, but not in Fort Wayne when MEREDITH WILLSON’S THE MUSIC MAN makes its Embassy Theatre national tour debut! And rounding out our biggest season yet is the 2024 Broadway revival of MONTY PYTHON’S SPAMALOT, the 2005 Tony Award-winning Best Musical. New and renewing subscribers can purchase their season ticket packages starting today. On-sale dates for individual tickets will be announced later.

SPAMALOT, which first galloped onto Broadway in 2005, features a book & lyrics by Eric Idle and music by John Du Prez and Eric Idle. The original Broadway production was nominated for fourteen Tony Awards and won three, including best musical. The musical comedy lovingly ripped off from the film classic, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, SPAMALOT features well-known song titles such as “Always Look on the Bright Side of Life,” “The Song That Goes Like This,” “Find Your Grail” and more that have become beloved classics in the musical theatre canon.
