2021 Summer Nights Flex Pass

This is not an event! This is a flex pass for the Summer Nights events. One flex pass purchased will get you 4 individual passes to be used on any Summer Nights event. If you purchase two flex passes for example, you will get 8 individual passes, and so on. Subject to Availability. Please exchange flex passes at the box office for the individual passes. The Embassy is pleased to announce that Summer Nights at the Embassy will begin Wednesday, June 2 and continue for 15 weeks, wrapping up on September 9. Presenting sponsors for the series are Chuck & Lisa Surack and Sweetwater, The James Foundation and Fort Wayne Metals. Associate sponsors are TriCore Logic and Premier Bank. Summer Nights continues the tradition of highlighting and celebrating local musicians in the Yergens Rogers Foundation Ballroom. Local food vendors join each event for the entire series. A cash bar and concessions are available as well. A favorite feature is access to the Parkview Health Rooftop Patio where patrons can see Fort Wayne from a spectacular vantage point while enjoying a drink or food and soaking in the beautiful weather alongside friends and loved ones. Activities at the Embassy are made possible in part by Arts United of Greater Fort Wayne and the Indiana Arts Commission, which receives support from the State of Indiana and the National Endowment for the Arts. Masks are recommended and encouraged for patrons and guests. Social distancing rules of 3 feet should be followed at all times; seating charts and floorplans are designed to accommodate this guideline. All events have limited capacity. The Embassy has thorough protocols and staff training in place to reduce exposure to COVID-19. The organization has designed one-way traffic patterns, developed paperless and touchless interactions whenever possible and follows rigorous cleaning and sanitizing schedules. Patrons are asked to assess their health before arriving and stay home if ill, experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or if they are in a high-risk category. While the Embassy works hard to reduce exposure to COVID-19, the public is assuming the inherent risk of possible exposure.
