Founded in 1984, the Festival of Trees is the Embassy Theatre Foundation’s largest annual fundraising event, supporting ongoing operational and restoration efforts.
Step into a Holiday Wonderland
The lobbies of the Embassy Theatre and former Indiana Hotel are transformed into a magical display of decorated trees in all sizes, shapes and themes.

New This Year: Sensory-Friendly Festival of Trees
Sunday, November 30 | 9–11 a.m.
Experience the magic of the season in a sensory-friendly setting! During this special sensory-friendly time, guests can enjoy the Festival with reduced lighting, easier movement and no stage programming. The limited capacity ensures quieter surroundings for a more relaxed experience.
A very limited number of sensory kits will be available to borrow and visitors are encouraged to bring their own sunglasses for light sensitivity and other needed supports. Please note that these hours are reserved for guests with sensory needs and their families.

- Wednesday, Nov 26: 3–9 p.m. (expanded hours)
- Thursday, Nov 27: 3–7 p.m.
- Screening of Elf at 4 p.m.
- Friday, Nov 28 – Saturday, Nov 29: 11 a.m.–8 p.m.
- Breakfast with Santa at 8:30 a.m. (separate ticket required)
- Sunday, Nov 30: 11 a.m.–8 p.m.
- Sensory Friendly Breakfast with Santa at 8:30 a.m. (separate ticket required)
- Sensory Friendly Hours 9–11 a.m. (limited tickets available)
- Monday, Dec 1: 11 a.m.–8 p.m.
- Tuesday, Dec 2 – Wednesday, Dec 3 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
- Tuesday is Senior Day (All ages welcomed.)
FESTIVAL ADMISSION
- Adults: $12
- Youth (Ages 1-12): $5
- Infants (Under 1): Free, please stop by the STAR Bank box office for this free ticket
- Seniors 65+ (only available on Tue., Dec. 2): $8
