39th Annual Festival of Trees Now on Sale
2023 Festival Runs November 22 – 29
Fort Wayne, Ind. (Oct. 26, 2023) – The Festival of Trees is one of the region’s most anticipated holiday events, and the Embassy Theatre is thrilled to announce that tickets are now on sale. The organization will host the 39th annual Festival of Trees from Wednesday, November 22 through Wednesday, November 29 (various hours each day). Ambassador Enterprises has recommitted to title sponsorship this year.
Founded in 1984, the Festival of Trees supports ongoing operational and restoration efforts for the Embassy Theatre Foundation. The Festival is the organization’s largest annual fundraising event. The Embassy expects over 22,000 visitors at this year’s festival.
The annual traditions at the Festival continue in 2023. Lobbies of the Embassy Theatre and Indiana Hotel will transform into a wonderland of uniquely themed and decorated trees in various sizes and shapes. Admission includes visits with Santa and festive entertainment on stage including the Grande Page pipe organ as well as youth choir and dance performances. The Harrison Street windows have been refreshed this year. So, the organization encourages patrons to stop and see the newly reimagined holiday scenes.
Breakfast with Santa: This annual event includes a private tour of the Festival of Trees FIRST at 8:30 a.m. and then Breakfast with Santa programming to begin around 9 a.m. Mad Anthony will provide a scrumptious breakfast buffet. The whole family will enjoy an abridged but engaging performance of You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown from the Fort Wayne Youtheatre. This is an experience to remember for all in attendance. Seating is very limited. In fact, the Saturday (November 25) event has already SOLD OUT! Cost for the breakfast is $30 per person. Breakfast with Santa is sponsored by Steel Dynamics.

Santa’s Rockin’ Pizza Party: The Embassy is excited to offer a brand NEW Santa experience this year during our annual Festival of Trees. Join the big man himself on the Embassy Theatre stage for some yummy pizza, games and story time! Santa’s Rockin’ Pizza Party will be held on Tuesday, November 28 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Plus, attendees of this event can tour the Festival until 9:00 p.m. Don’t miss out on this holly, jolly bash!

FINAL CALL for Tree Sponsors: The Embassy still has a few tree sponsorships available as long as the business or organization can supply their own decorator. The final tree deadline is TOMORROW, Friday, October 27. Ticket pricing for the Festival of Trees is $10/adult (13+ years), $5/youth ages 1-12 and children under 1 year old are free (ticket is still required for entry to determine an accurate visitor count).
