Miss Fort Wayne and Miss Northeast are local preliminaries to the Miss Indiana and Miss America Scholarship Program. Candidates will compete for the new 2023 titles and represent Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana at the Miss Indiana and Miss Indiana's Outstanding Teen competition next June. Contestants compete in talent, evening gown, interview and fitness. In addition, several younger princesses ages 5-12 will also share the stage in a non-competitive part of the program with their showcase beginning at 4:00 PM.
