Murnau and starring Max Schreck as Count Orlok, a vampire who preys on the wife (Greta Schröder) of his estate agent (Gustav von Wangenheim) and brings the plague to their town. Nosferatu is known as an unofficial adaptation of Bram Stoker’s 1897 novel Dracula.
A little about Dennis James: Dennis James has over 50 years’ experience as a performing and recording musician with an international career as historical multi-instrumentalist (Armonica, Seraphim, Glass-cord, Cristal d’ Baschet, Bouteillophone, Grand Harmonicon, Theremin, Ondes Martenot, Orphika, Clavichord, Vielle a roué, Ottavino Spinettina), concert organist (recitalist, theatrical, liturgical) and period-authentic silent film scorings preservationist as a performer, arranger, transcriber, restorer as well as an ensemble soloist with chamber, major symphonic and opera companies.
