We hope this message finds you safe and in good health. Thank you for your continued support. The health and safety of our audiences is our highest priority. We are reaching out with an update.

Due to tour postponement, Beautiful previously scheduled on May 10, 2021 has been canceled.

Refunds will be issued at the original point of purchase. Embassy or ticketmaster.com purchases using a credit or debit card can be digitally refunded. Any refund request could take up to a month to process. If you purchased tickets with cash or gift card, please contact the Embassy by phone at this time. Please note that the Embassy cannot refund tickets that were purchased through other channels such as secondary ticket sellers.

Additionally, the Embassy staff will be available the day of the original event to answer any questions. We appreciate your understanding and support and apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused, but if you have any further questions, please visit fwembassytheatre.org or call the STAR Bank box office at the Embassy at 260.424.5665. Our current box office hours are 10 a.m. to 6.p.m., Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. Our box office lobby has reopened to the public. Social distancing and face coverings are required and safety measures have been put into place to help reduce the exposure to COVID-19.

We remain steadfast in our commitment to bring the best of Broadway to Fort Wayne, and to provide you and your family a place for music, song, dance, inspiration and relief. We are busy planning for when we can once again present the world-class touring Broadway you have come to expect.
